The lease term at the Cherokee Mills is one year.
$2800
A $75 application fee and a security deposit of one months rent is required.
Each bedroom has its own in bathroom. Cherokee Mills has: 2 bedroom 2 ½ baths.
Cherokee Mills is 1/2 mile from campus.
Cherokee Mills includes high-efficiency washer and dryers, gas range/hood/microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Each unit has a two car garage.
Cherokee Mills offers high speed internet through KUB. WiFi is not included in monthly rent.
Cherokee Mills allow pets and there is a one-time $250 pet deposit.
Rent is due on the first of the month and is considered late if it is not received by the close of the fifth business day of the month.
Monthly rent includes pest control, lawn and grounds maintenance,
